● Acquire companies that have no significant revenue history with Bayt.com by selling Bayt.com’s recruitment products & services
● Self-prospect and schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients through various channels
● Action all assigned incoming leads and outbound leads based on SLA.
● Initiate and develop a strong relationship with assigned verified leads
● Determine customers' recruitment needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs
● Give both online & onsite demonstrations to clients on Bayt.com in order to handle objections and convince customers to buy
● Effectively manage a business in the assigned database through a transactional and solution-oriented selling approach
● Carry out other tasks as requested by the management.
● Ensure a min of 80% coverage of your signed stack through regular physical and telephonic meetings,
● Update CRM for all historical interactions with companies
● Ensure data repository integrity and reliability on CRM
● Carry out other marketing, sales, and operational activities as requested by the management.SkillsQualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology
- 3+ years of demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets of B2B solutions
- Work experience in SaaS industry would be an advantage
- High aptitude for sales (Preferably B2B sales).
- Strong networking and connections in Dubai
- Keen eye for identifying potential leads.
- Excellent negotiation skills to convert qualified leads into customers.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Highly energetic, self-starter with a purpose-driven, result-oriented attitude.
- Empathy and ability to understand customer viewpoint and customer service.
- Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, and understanding the business requirements of senior decision-makers.
