- Define and implement Freedx's initial growth strategy and go-to-market execution plan.
- Build scalable acquisition funnels across paid, organic, referral, and affiliate channels.
- Establish growth KPIs, tracking systems, and analytics dashboards.
- Design and run the first acquisition and onboarding campaigns.
- Identify early partnerships and community initiatives to accelerate adoption.
- Build the foundation of the growth team and processes for long-term scale.
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Continuously optimize user journeys and conversion funnels to improve CAC/LTV efficiency.
- Manage and grow the growth team, embedding experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with Product and Marketing to align growth initiatives with launches and campaigns.
- Drive lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, push, in-app) to increase retention and user engagement.
- Build and manage affiliate, referral, and influencer programs.
- Monitor and analyze key growth metrics, reporting performance to leadership.
- Stay informed about crypto industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights into growth initiatives.
- Collaborate across all departments to ensure growth strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in growth, marketing, or product-led growth roles, with at least 4 years in fintech, crypto, or high-growth tech environments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related field. MBA or advanced certifications in growth/analytics are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of acquisition channels (SEO, SEM, affiliates, influencers, communities).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, SQL) and A/B testing frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record of scaling user bases and improving retention in competitive markets.
