Job DescriptionConduct business, task and workflow analysis of as-is processes and supporting systems to identify business requirementLiaise with business units/stakeholders to gather data required to analyze and redesign identified/assigned process changesCarryout detailed analysis required to identify key risk area within the scope of the MAD/PAD and recommend mitigation plans.Participate in business process modelling sessions representing the unit and acting as facilitator/co-facilitator or subject matter expert as necessaryCarryout root cause analysis and recommend enhancements or other appropriate actions to process owners as necessary.Organize and coordinate data gathering, process validation and relationship buildingDevelop Management Approval Documents and Process Approval Documents following standard proceduresEnsure review comments and concerns highlighted by stakeholders and process owners are adequately addressed/closed.Ensure MAD/PAD development timelines are strictly adhered to by the team and reviews are obtained from all identified stakeholders for documents under development.Ensure timely escalation of unresolved issues and challenges to relevant stakeholder / unit / team.Track/monitor progress of all assigned tasks and maintain MIS on MAD/PAD under development for management review.Ensure all MAD/PAD are documented, reviewed and approved as per approved policies and procedures.Play active role in New Product/Proposal/Projects development & maintain effective communication with all internal and external stake holders in conducting UAT & feedback on projects implementation.All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.Competencies/SkillsTechnical Competencies:Banking Products, Services and Operations KnowledgeBank System KnowledgeImprovement and InnovationProcess AnalysisProcess, Procedure and Policy Review and ImprovementRegulatory and Compliance KnowledgeSharia Principles of Islamic FinanceBusiness Process ManagementMIS Generation and AnalyticsCustomer Servicing/Relationship ManagementPolicy Design and Document ControlBehavioral Competencies:Act with OwnershipEngage the CustomerShare Knowledge & Work as a TeamMaintain Transparency & Communication to shareEmpower to Decide
