The Accounts Receivable Officer plays a key role in maintaining financial accuracy by managing receivable ledgers, reconciling balances, and supporting financial reporting. The role contributes to efficient cash flow management and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and maintain accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accurate and timely client statements
- Reconcile receivable balances with the general ledger and identify discrepancies
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statistics for management and regulatory authorities
- Compile financial data to support reporting requirements for government submissions
- Review branch financial reports and verify transaction accuracy
- Maintain broker accounts and highlight discrepancies for corrective actions
- Monitor premium registers and identify variances for resolution
- Support budgeting processes and financial analysis activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations
- UAE National candidate with family book
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in finance, banking, or insurance
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel and reporting applications
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
- Good communication and organizational skills
