- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full workflow of social campaigns, ensuring all deliverables move seamlessly from ideation and brief development to execution and archival.
- Influencer Ecosystem Management: Lead the identification, vetting, and negotiation of brand partners. Manage the administrative pipeline, including contract execution, product/content fulfillment logistics, and compliance monitoring.
- Creative Directives: Formulate comprehensive creative briefs for external partners that ensure brand consistency while allowing for platform-native authenticity.
- Cultural Analysis: Monitor global digital trends and pop-culture shifts to provide actionable recommendations for "real-time" brand positioning.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as a primary on-camera talent for brand-owned channels, delivering high-quality, face-to-camera content.
- Content Programming: Develop and maintain a high-velocity content calendar that balances evergreen brand messaging with high-impact, trend-driven activations.
- AI & Automation Oversight: Implement and manage authorized AI-powered tools to accelerate production cycles. Leverage automation platforms to streamline repetitive tasks.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Able to understand and analyse data and robust tracking systems for campaign performance and reporting, budget allocation, and ROI.
- Performance Auditing: Translate complex social metrics (engagement rates, sentiment analysis, conversion data) into executive-level reports that inform future marketing spend.
- Workflow Automation: Refine internal processes to improve the speed of content deployment and the efficiency of influencer communications.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing campaigns, digital media, e-commerce / consumer marketing, or similar field
- Operational Excellence: Proven experience managing the logistical complexities of large-scale influencer programs, including legal/contractual workflows and supply chain coordination for PR seeding.
- Advanced Technical Literacy: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and industry-standard CRM/Influencer management platforms.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with agencies and represent the brand's voice to a public audience.
- Proficiency in written and verbal Arabic would be a plus.
- On-Camera Proficiency: Natural charisma and comfort in front of the lens; ability to synthesize brand talking points into engaging, short-form video scripts.
- Trend Savvy: A deep-seated interest in internet subcultures and the mechanics of virality, with a demonstrated ability to pivot strategies based on platform algorithm shifts.
