Interior Designer

• Develop detailed layouts, CAD drawings, working drawings, and elevations.

• Create practical, aesthetic, and functional interior design solutions for commercial spaces.

• Prepare concept layouts, space planning, and presentation drawings.

• Prepare BOQs and quantity assessments.

• Conduct site visits, site measurements, and coordination with execution teams.

• Ensure design quality and adherence to project timelines.

• Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.

• Work closely with the Business Development/Sales team to support client presentations.

• Assist in client meetings and provide design inputs to support deal closure.

• Prepare presentation material and design proposals for client pitches.

• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and local authority guidelines (where applicable).

• Strong AutoCAD drafting skills (mandatory).

• Proficiency in MS Excel (for BOQ and quantity take-offs).

• Working knowledge of Photoshop, SketchUp / 3DS Max.

• Strong understanding of commercial office and hospitality layouts.

• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and local vendor ecosystem.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and time management.

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in commercial and hospitality interiors.

• Preferably experience working on projects in the UAE.

• Exposure to corporate office fit-outs and design-build projects.

• Experience in client-facing roles and supporting sales/deal closure will be an added advantage.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Understanding of technical drawings and coordination drawings.

• Experience in UAE commercial interior projects.

• Familiarity with Dubai authority approvals and local building standards (advantage).

• Ability to handle fast-paced client environments.

• Comfortable working in a design-and-build setup.
