  • Collaborate with internal teams to design innovative financial products and services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk management policies
  • Represent the bank in industry forums, client meetings, and strategic engagements
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand assets under management and client base
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive positioning
  • Provide leadership in financial planning, portfolio management, and investment advisory
Ideal Profile
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior banking or financial services roles
  • Proven track record managing high-net-worth and private banking clients
  • Strong expertise in wealth management, investment strategies, and financial planning
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
  • Strong analytical and financial decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Professional certifications such as CFA or CFP are an advantage
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are beneficial
