- Well versed in providing support for M365 apps, Outlook, OS (windows 10/11 & MAC), software (Office & standard 3d party), network, storage, telephony, printer, server, VPN, VDI, Projectors, Smart Boards, Audio / Visual Devices hardware, software and basic ERP issues and requests.
