- Lead and coordinate daily activities of a nursing team to ensure quality patient care
- Assign duties, manage schedules, and provide mentorship to nursing staff
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in line with clinical standards
- Act as a liaison between multidisciplinary teams to support seamless patient journeys
- Ensure compliance with infection control, medication safety, and confidentiality protocols
- Monitor clinical performance, documentation, and KPI reporting
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices
- Promote staff development, training, and professional growth within the team
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- DHA Registered Nurse license or eligibility
- BLS certification required; ACLS or PALS certification is an advantage
- Minimum five years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting
- At least two years of experience in a Charge Nurse or nursing leadership role
- Experience in staff scheduling, delegation, and team leadership
- Strong clinical skills including emergency care, IV administration, wound care, and patient assessment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in clinical documentation systems and digital health platforms
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
