- Prior experience in logistics or working with labour/operations teams is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi.
- Coordinate and engage with the operations staff to ensure smooth workflows.
- Handle data entry, verification, and record checking of operational activities.
- Manage scheduling and maintain accurate timesheets.
- Provide operational support after office hours when required.
- Be available to work on Sundays (with additional incentives).
