- Lead the Cyber Security Business Unit P&L, ensuring revenue growth and profitability targets are met.
- Develop and execute annual/quarterly business plans, sales strategies, and revenue forecasts.
- Identify emerging opportunities across enterprise, government, BFSI, telco, and SMB sectors.
- Build and scale the cybersecurity product portfolio, focusing on high-demand regional technologies.
- Lead, coach, and manage a multi-country cybersecurity sales team across the Gulf.
- Drive pipeline development, forecasting, and strategic deal support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global cybersecurity vendors.
- Oversee vendor onboarding, enablement, quarterly business reviews, and compliance.
- Negotiate pricing, rebates, MDF, and growth programs with vendors and partners.
- Expand reseller, SI, and MSP ecosystems in UAE and wider GCC.
- Develop partner programs, incentives, and enablement frameworks.
- Engage directly with C-level enterprise customers and lead strategic presentations and proposals.
- Track competitive trends, pricing intelligence, and emerging cybersecurity threats.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Marketing on forecasting, inventory, and compliance.
- Support regional marketing initiatives, product launches, and cybersecurity events.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cyber Security, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred.
- 12+ years of cybersecurity industry experience in UAE, including senior leadership or GM-level roles.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, vendor ecosystems, and GCC market dynamics.
- Proven success leading sales teams, managing P&L, and scaling business units.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
- Willingness to travel across GCC when required.
