• Obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Automotive Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) working with SAP Dealer Management Systems within the automotive dealership setting.
• Worked on minimum 2 implementations of Dealer Management Systems
• In-depth understanding of dealership operations and processes, showcasing the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions using SAP Technology.
• Proficient in configuring, customizing, and overseeing SAP Dealer Management Systems, possessing knowledge of industry-specific functionalities within the automotive sector.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, demonstrating effectiveness in troubleshooting DMS-related issues.
• Strong communication skills, enabling collaboration across various dealership departments and organizational levels.
