Job SummaryThe Assitant Relationship Manager (ARM) partner closely with International clients to drive relationship growth andstrategy. They bring deep industry knowledge and develop strong client relationships to understand and uncoverspecific client needs and advise on customised solutions. We're looking for people with strong business acumen andwho are adept at negotiating, communicating with and influencing stakeholders in decision making, by leveraging theirdeep industry expertise to provide sound advice.

About our Banking and Coverage teamBanking and Coverage owns and leads the management and development of our Client Relationships globally. Ourbankers work across the global network together with our product partners to deliver working capital, financing, trade,cash and markets solutions for our clients. The solutions cover a wide range of products and services from sustainabletrade finance to credit derivatives to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory.About Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB)
For more than 170 years we've support clients with their transaction banking, financial markets, corporate finance andborrowing needs and provide solutions to nearly 20,000 clients in the world's fastest-growing economies and mostactive trade corridors.Key Responsibilities
  • Providing sales support to Coverage RMs in originating new businesses.
  • Transactional support on new business origination activities in terms of deal execution support, creditdocumentation, limit loading, deal drawdown, etc.
  • Supporting client analysis, reporting on post-origination activities, and client meeting documentation.
  • Supporting the Senior Coverage / Coverage RMs on sales discipline requirements, i.e. Account Planning process;i.e. Account Planning process;pipeline maintenance; client call reports; preparation of deal approval submissions
Skills and Experience
  • Product knowledge - Corporate Finance, Markets, Transaction Banking, Sustainable Finance.
  • Risk management, financial and credit analysis.
  • Works effectively with ambiguity, in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with Multinationals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Banking or Finance preferred.
  • Experience in banking or other relevant environment
