Product Specialist

- Minimum 2 years of experience in surgical/medical device field sales
- Strong preference for candidates with exposure to at least one of the following specialties:
Gynecology
Robotic surgery
Urology
ENT
Plastic surgery
- Minimum 1 year of UAE market experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi territory
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsMarket Knowledge & Exposure :
Strong understanding of:
- UAE healthcare system and hospital structures
- Key accounts in Abu Dhabi (SEHA, DOH, private groups)
- Experience in:
- Operating room (OR) environment
- Surgeon interaction and case support
- Familiarity with tenders, procurement cycles, and hospital access pathwaysTechnical & Clinical Competence :
Ability to:
- Conduct product demonstrations in OR
- Support surgeons during procedures (preferred)
- Understand surgical techniques and clinical applicationsEducational Background:
Bachelor's degree in one of the following:
- Pharmacy
- Biomedical Engineering
- Medicine / NursingPreferred Candidates :
- Residing in Abu Dhabi (U.A.E.)
- Have UAE driving license
- Preferred age: Below 32 years
