One of a reputed company in UAEThe RoleYou will be responsible for :Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as Deputy General Manager Sales Marketing-(Aluminium-), located in Dubai. The Deputy General Manager Sales Marketing-(Aluminium) will be responsible for managing Sales,Marketing, customer satisfaction, general management, customer service, and team management.You will be responsible for :

Establishing long term goals as well as quarterly and annual business objectives and developing high quality business strategies and plans to deliver these.
Managing the P&L and driving the business toward the achievement of business objectives.
Ensuring that the Company's operations are consistent with its overall strategy and mission and fostering a strong organisational culture in line with the company's values.
Representing the Company with clients, investors and business partners.

Ideal Profile

Customer satisfaction and customer service skills
Sales and Marketing experience in the RAW MATERIALS related to aluminum industry in UAE (MUST)
Sales experience, including maintaining client relationships
Proven ability in team management and driving performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, Master's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in the aluminum industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
