Ensure that guests receive a fast, efficient and friendly personal training service. Conduct a number of daily inspections to ensure cleanliness of working areas. Ensure all facilities and equipment are in good working order. Advance and constantly update knowledge of the principles of fitness and training, concepts of health and the effects of exercise on the human body. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of the general principles of nutrition and influence on the performance of exercise activities. Select and maintain a range of fitness activities and equipment. Teach a multitude of exercise techniques from a variety of fitness scenarios. Program exercises for individual guests as requested To be considered, you must have the following experience: Minimum 2 yrs as a Gym Instructor Minimum 1-2 certificates as an instructor in any studio based exercise class, Body pump, body combat, Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates etc. You will also be well groomed, polite, confident and fluent in English. Arabic would also be an advantage.
