Regional Warehouse and Inventory Operations Manager - Talabat - Dubai, UAE

• Develop and manage demand forecasting models to ensure accurate inventory replenishment based on fleet size changes and equipment lifecycle usage.
• Oversee inventory management processes including stock in, stock out, returns, recycling, and stock reconciliation across multiple warehouses.
• Establish and standardize warehouse operating procedures to ensure safe, efficient, and scalable warehouse operations across Talabat markets.
• Lead improvements in warehouse processes and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenses while maintaining operational performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to rider equipment quality and operational usability.
• Create and implement standard operating procedures covering the full warehouse operations lifecycle.
• Recruit, train, and manage warehouse leads and operational teams across regional markets.
• Develop training and performance programs to strengthen warehouse operations capabilities.
• Lead cross market operational projects aimed at improving warehouse management systems and logistics processes.
• Promote best practice sharing and process standardization across different operational markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align warehouse operations with supply chain, logistics, and delivery operations strategies.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain management roles.
• Strong expertise in warehouse management systems, inventory planning, and operational process design.
• Experience building or scaling warehouse and inventory operations within logistics, e commerce, or delivery environments preferred.
• Proven experience leading cross functional operational projects and managing distributed teams.
• Strong analytical and process improvement capabilities with a structured and detail oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including senior leadership and cross regional teams.
• Interest in technology driven operations, last mile delivery logistics, and warehouse automation solutions.
