- Provide professional and customer-friendly home planning services for furniture and furnishings
- Meet individual sales targets while contributing to store-wide goals and KPIs
- Prepare and coordinate orders with logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and assembly processes
- Follow up with customers post-delivery to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Manage scheduling of appointments, deliveries, and assembly services to optimize workflow
- Monitor stock levels, advise customers on product availability, and recommend alternatives when necessary
- Support business planning and workforce scheduling for the department
- Assist in training initiatives for staff on design systems and product knowledge
- Promote efficient and cost-conscious working practices to support continuous improvement
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings or related industries
- Strong customer service skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills preferred
- Commercially aware with understanding of sales targets, KPIs, and customer buying trends
- Knowledge of home furnishing products and design tools such as IHP 2 or NAVISION (training provided if needed)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
