- Manage external audit engagements of treasury functions end to end, ensuring quality and compliance
- Provide specialist input on derivative valuations, hedge accounting, impairment models, and IFRS 9/FRS 102 applications
- Address complex accounting and auditing queries that shape client practice and industry standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, delivering exceptional service
- Advise on treasury transactions, valuation of financial instruments, and control environments
- Contribute to the development of treasury audit methodology through innovation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate across service lines and geographies to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions
- Provide independent assurance and accounting advice to treasurers and CFOs throughout the treasury lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration from a recognized university
- Minimum 6 years of experience in auditing, public accounting, or audit management, ideally with a Big 4 firm
- Strong knowledge of treasury functions, financial reporting processes, and internal controls
- Expertise in financial instrument valuation, hedge accounting, and treasury transactions
- ACA or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred or in progress
- Familiarity with IAS 39, IFRS 9, and FRS 102 standards
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence senior executives in a matrixed global environment
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure
