Insurance Claim Officer

• Review and assess insurance claims for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility
• Verify supporting documents such as medical reports, invoices, and police reports
• Investigate claims by coordinating with clients, hospitals, repair centers, or other relevant parties
• Ensure claims are processed in line with policy terms and conditions
• Approve, reject, or escalate claims based on findings
• Maintain accurate records of all claims and related documentation
• Communicate claim decisions clearly to clients and stakeholders
• Detect and report fraudulent or suspicious claims
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Provide guidance and support to customers regarding claim procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in insurance claims processing or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies and claim procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and claims management systems

• Professional certifications in insurance (e.g., CII or equivalent)
• Experience in health, motor, or general insurance claims
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
