Job DescriptionThe Department of Electrical and Communication Engineering in the College of Engineering at the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) invites applications for a faculty position in the area of Computer Engineering. Candidates must have earned a PhD And BSc. in Computer Engineering. The position will be filled at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level depending on the qualifications and record of the successful candidate. The candidate is expected to establish a sustainable research program, make significant scholarly contributions to their discipline, be an effective teacher and mentor of both undergraduate and graduate students, and engage in institutional and professional service. The United Arab Emirates University invites applications for a faculty position. Qualified candidates at all levels will be considered at a rank commensurate with academic accomplishments. Candidates are expected to have a strong commitment to teaching excellence and student advising at the undergraduate and graduate levels, a demonstrable research capability that will enable the candidate to develop and sustain an internally and/or externally funded research program in his/her area of expertise, publish his/her research findings in refereed journals, and actively engage in promoting the growth of the UAE University.
