- Oversee and manage the mechanical services and maintenance of race cars and karting cars, ensuring that they are in excellent working condition and meet the necessary safety standards.
- At least 7 years of industry related experience – technicalities of motorsports equipment
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in engineering or relevant field, with technical certification in automotive maintenance (preferred).
- Strong in conveying complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of automotive technicalities.
- Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements e.g., FIA rules.
