- Collect, process, and verify all general and F&B requisitions from outlets
- Monitor and document daily beverage inventory and notify management of variances
- Maintain organized and accurate daily, monthly, and quarterly inventory logs
- Perform all outlet cashiering functions and ensure compliance with hotel accounting standards
- Assist with inventory audits of operating equipment on a scheduled basis
- Report any equipment or facility issues through appropriate maintenance channels
- Maintain daily operational logbook and handovers
- Supervise and train team members in beverage service, bar standards, and inventory handling
- Conduct on-the-job training for new team members to ensure readiness and service consistency
- Uphold hotel hygiene, grooming, and uniform policies, including punctual attendance
- Handle guest inquiries courteously and professionally
- Maintain professional customer relationships and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
- Display expert knowledge of bar menus, beverage recipes, and wine selections

- Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or luxury dining venue
- Strong knowledge of inventory and beverage control systems
