Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: Abu DhabiExperience: Min 10 YearsLanguage: English & ArabicEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/ Arch EngineeringGeneral Summary * Working as project manager not less than 10 years in Abu Dhabi, in commercial or residential building construction field.
  • Must have worked as a project manager for at least 5 projects that must be funded by the Government.
  • Good knowledge in contracts filed.
  • Has the skills and experience to review and approve the project tender documents and contract documents.
  • Has the experience and good knowledge for construction material technical and specification.
  • Has ability and skills to manage project team.
  • Coordination between the landlord, consultant, contractor and the project finance company.
