- Order Placement Process - Complete the order placement process including receiving and transmitting orders, communicating order information to internal and external customers, end of day reconciliation between front and back office for trades, settlements and coordinate between fund administration and front office for portfolio reconciliation to ensure customer transactions are managed within the standard service levels
- Reporting and Monitoring - Produce daily/weekly monthly trade reports and log and file all communications to/from clients and departments for tracking purposes and to ensure timely generation of reports
- Review and monitor client portfolios, highlighting relevant information (e.g. corporate actions, dividend pay-outs, etc.) to ensure informed decision making while ensuring the required standards are met
- Legal and Compliance - Conduct compliance checks of all trade orders to ensure trades conform to regulations of regulatory bodies
- Relationship Management and Customer Support - Communicate with clients, follow up and provide immediate first line problem resolution in order to meet client requests in a timely and organised manner, providing a professional trading experience to achieve client loyalty
- Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures - Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
- Customer Service - Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank's required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions
- Self-Management - Manage self in line with the Bank's people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance
- At least 4 years of experience in a trading related role
- Diploma in a relevant specialisation
- Stock broking fundamentals
- The role requires flexibility to work across rotating shift schedules, with different shift patterns operating across the year: April-September (9am-5pm, 11am-7pm, 3pm-11pm, 5pm-1am) and October-March (9am-5pm, 12pm-8pm, 4pm-12am, 6pm-2am).
