We are seeking an experienced QA Manager with strong expertise in airline systems and large-scale digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end quality assurance delivery across multiple platforms, ensuring high-quality releases for mission-critical airline applications.NOTE : Strong preference for candidates with fluency in Arabic and English to support regional stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

Lead QA delivery for mid to large digital transformation programs
Manage the full testing lifecycle including test planning, execution, reporting, and defect management
Oversee and mentor QA teams across Web, Mobile, Middleware, and Interface testing
Collaborate closely with business, engineering, and Agile release teams
Drive Functional, Non-Functional, and UAT testing across projects
Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices
Manage stakeholder communication and provide clear status reporting
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of quality releases

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in large enterprise or aviation technology environments
Exposure to automation frameworks or performance testing tools
ISTQB Certification (optional but beneficial)
