Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management with 5-10 years of experience in restaurant and bar operations
Strong experience in managing restaurant and bar operations in hotels or premium dining outlet
Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards, bar operations, and inventory control
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and guest handling abilities
Experience in staff training, scheduling, and performance management
Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and revenue management
