Job Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations including scheduling, inventory control, and batching accuracy for cement, aggregates, and water
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for batching plant equipment such as mixers, silos, conveyors, and loading systems
- Ensure concrete mix designs comply with industry standards and project specifications in coordination with quality control teams
- Lead, supervise, and motivate plant operators, drivers, and technicians, including shift planning and performance monitoring
- Coordinate with logistics and project teams to ensure timely delivery of ready-mix concrete to construction sites
- Monitor operational KPIs including production output, wastage, plant efficiency, and downtime
- Manage operational budgets, material usage, and cost control initiatives
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations in line with UAE standards and company policies
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the ready-mix concrete industry, preferably within the UAE or GCC
- Strong technical knowledge of batching plant operations, concrete technology, and mix design principles
- Experience managing plant operations, maintenance planning, and logistics coordination
- Familiarity with BS, ASTM, and ACI concrete standards
- Membership with a recognized engineering body is an advantage
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage operations in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment
