Propose development initiatives and projects, and present improvement ideas for all types of endowment (waqf) funds by meeting the needs and aspirations of endowers, and by suggesting endowment products that generate financial returns for both the waqf and the community alike.Innovate and develop a portfolio of distinguished products that enhance the Authority’s role and support its mandated responsibilities under the Establishment Law, ensuring it acts as an incubator for endowment products issued by the Authority, in coordination with strategic partners.Create diverse types of endowments as development tools through services, products, and other channels, and promote the concept of innovative waqf without limiting it to traditional endowments such as cash or real estate assets.Strengthen community contribution through endowment by working on innovative initiatives and products, and encouraging government and private institutions—regardless of their size—to participate in serving the community.Review and supervise all related operations to ensure the performance of endowment trustees, proper implementation, compliance, and alignment with approved policies, procedures, and guidelines, in order to achieve the intended benefits of the waqf and its activities within the Emirate.Apply the latest and most appropriate tools and methodologies for analysis and planning in developing sustainable endowment projects.Ensure policies and procedures are updated in line with best practices, strategies, and methodologies.Monitor projects aimed at improving policies and procedures, and ensure their proper implementation and activation before full execution.Carry out any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor. * candidate current salary and whether he is working in Abu Dhabi government or private sector.
