System Analyst (Software Projects)

- Lead the analysis of business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications
- Oversee end-to-end analysis and delivery of software development projects
- Prepare and maintain key documentation including:
- Business Requirements Document (BRD)
- Software Requirements Specification (SRS)
- Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams
- Design workflows, process flows, and system diagrams
- Participate in solution design and system architecture discussions
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation
- Support Agile/Scrum processes and participate in sprint ceremonies
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support testing phases
- Identify risks, dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies
- Improve existing systems and optimize business processes
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in System Analysis or Software Projects
- Experience working on enterprise-level software systems
- Strong experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Solid knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Strong understanding of system analysis and requirement engineering
- Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Experience with API integrations and system workflows
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
