Global Sales Support Specialist

• Responsible for qualifying new opportunities by using analytic and diagnostic skills to match user requirements to Hitachi Energy Network Control Solutions-Perform presentations and demonstrations of the solutions.
• Responsible for the design of the technical solution strategy of the solution offered to the customer-Participate in bid preparations.
• Taking responsibility for the development of demo scenarios for customer demos, workshops, and proof of concepts-
• Developing a deep understanding of the customer challenges through frequent customer visits, meeting a diverse range of existing and potential customers.

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or software engineering is required.
• Minimum 5+ year of experience with an electric utility working with IT or OT integration and with a system integrator working with integration and analytics in the utility domain is required.
• In-depth understanding of the use of advanced applications within the electric utilities-Broad IT or OT knowledge with experience in 3rd party system integration and IT security.
• Mapping customer requirements with solution portfolio, ability to make the complex simple and show creativity in your approach to problem solving and should be an analytic team player with the ability to lead and follow as needed.
• Flexibility for travel is required.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
