We are seeking a professional and friendly Front office executive with social media marketing expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and social media marketing tasks.Primary Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests and visitors.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.Ensure reception area , pantry and office premises are tidy and presentable.Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.Social Media Responsblities :Oversee all the company's social media accounts.Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channelsGood knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practiceshands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google AnalyticsRequirements :2+ years' experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or digital marketingProficiency in Microsoft OfficeHands-on experience with office equipmentProfessional attitude and appearanceSolid written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksCustomer service attitudeWork location Ras al KhaimahSalary 3000 - 3500 ( negotiable for the right candidates )Benefits all as per the UAE Labor laws.
