- Minimum 6 years of experience in construction HSE roles (at least 3 years in a senior capacity).
- NEBOSH IGC Certification is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience in high-rise building or civil infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Certified First Aider / Fire Warden is an advantage.
