- Developing and implementing strategic operational initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all restaurant locations. Oversee the day-to-day operations, including but not limited to, inventory management, staffing, vendor relations, and quality control.
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing team, including restaurant managers, chefs, and front-of-house staff. Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Maintaining and elevating the quality standards of service, food, and overall guest experience, ensuring consistency and excellence in all operational aspects alongside the Head Chef.
- Collaborating with finance to develop and manage budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability. Analyse financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favourable terms to optimise costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and implementing initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience. Implement initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience and loyalty.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury hotels or global restaurants.
- Background in luxury hospitality or high end F&B operations is essential.
- Proven experience in pre-opening operations, demonstrating successful establishment of high-end dining establishments or ideally luxury hotels
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and maximising profitability.
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial setup with an ambition to grow with the brand
