- Manage and coordinate all electrical activities in line with project specifications, timelines, and budget.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with mechanical, civil, architectural, and other disciplines to ensure seamless MEP integration.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to approved drawings and standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Handle authority submissions, approvals, and inspections from DEWA, DCD, Empower, DM, and other UAE authorities.
- Identify technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- AutoCAD – Review of design and shop drawings
- Revit / BIM 360 – Design coordination and collaboration
- Navisworks – Clash detection and model review
- Microsoft Office – Reporting and documentation
- Electrical load calculation and design software (HAP, Dialux, etc.)
- Minimum 15+ years of UAE experience in MEP construction, specifically in high-rise building projects.
- Proven experience handling full project lifecycle from design coordination to commissioning and handover.
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, DEWA regulations, DCD requirements, and other authority standards.
- Experience working with MEP contractors on large-scale residential or commercial towers.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design tools.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
