- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Create and identify demand for our Dermatology & Aesthetic product range
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients by scheduling frequent appointments.
- Maintain excellent relationships with key decision makers/doctors to ensure a continuation of sales.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all product related inquiries including source of information related to product function and use.
- Organize product workshops with our KOLs and Product Trainers to increase the product awareness and sales.
- Submit a detailed weekly sales report on the sales activities, including competitor report in the respective sales area with a commercial solution on the competitors’ offerings.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
- Swiftly identify sales areas for improvement and recommend solutions to the management
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Medical related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical sales (Preferred is Aesthetic medicine), with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Possess strong business acumen to make commercially impactful decisions
- Able to communicate in Arabic and English in a professional level is a must
