Senior Associate Mergers and Acquisitions Corporate Finance - Majid Al Futtaim - Dubai UAE

• Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions across the full deal lifecycle including research, analysis, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct financial analysis including historical performance evaluation, financial forecasting, and cash flow modeling.
• Assist with valuation exercises and financial assessments related to acquisition opportunities and investment transactions.
• Manage the flow of information between internal teams and external advisors, including maintaining transaction data rooms and coordinating documentation processes.
• Support cross-functional due diligence activities by working closely with Finance, Commercial, Operations, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Legal teams.
• Prepare internal presentations, research reports, and executive materials used in investment decision making by senior leadership and board committees.
• Monitor market trends, sector developments, and industry news across relevant geographies to identify strategic investment opportunities.
• Contribute to governance and sustainability practices by supporting compliance with internal standards and international operational frameworks.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical capabilities including financial modeling, forecasting, and financial statement analysis.
• Experience supporting transaction execution processes including due diligence and investment analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors during complex transactions.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
