- Maintain and develop the existing relationships with the water management customers in order to achieve the sales target.
- Create new sales opportunities through proactive and continuous follow up / visits with water management customers, consultants, and end users.
- Full understanding of the company's products capabilities, value proposition and technology to be able to clearly communicate that to the water management customers, end users and consultants.
- Review customer or project specifications and guide the application engineer team to select the project specifications.
- Coordinate with the after sales and service team and support them to maintain the customers satisfaction and create service and after sales opportunities.
- Utilize all company tools (CRM, construction intelligence provider, demand plan, etc.) efficiently to achieve the sales target.
- Maintain strong projects pipeline to ensure sustainable business growth.
