- Lead and manage all operations and maintenance activities for rail systems, track infrastructure, and associated facilities
- Develop and implement O&M strategies, procedures, and preventive maintenance programs
- Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and JV partners, ensuring compliance with safety, operational, and contractual requirements
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and project teams to resolve technical and operational issues
- Monitor O&M performance, budgets, resources, and KPIs, including reporting and risk mitigation
- Facilitate operational readiness, testing, and commissioning activities in alignment with project schedules
- Ensure integration of O&M practices with design, construction, and long-term asset management plans
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Rail Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 15 years of experience in operations, maintenance, or asset management for large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proven experience in joint venture (JV) project environments
- Strong knowledge of rail systems, civil and mechanical infrastructure, and lifecycle management
- Experience in the UAE or GCC region highly preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with high-speed rail, metro, or large transportation projects
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts, service agreements, and performance-based maintenance
- Proficient in O&M planning, asset management software, and reporting tools
- Multinational project experience with complex stakeholder coordination
- Strategic thinking with the ability to optimize operational efficiency and reliability
