- Provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of critically ill patients in ICU settings
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct regular ward rounds and oversee clinical decision-making processes
- Supervise and mentor junior doctors and nursing staff within intensive care units
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency medical situations
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant medical documentation
- Implement best practices in critical care medicine and ensure adherence to protocols
- Engage in continuous professional development and medical education initiatives
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Critical Care or equivalent recognized qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience as ICU Consultant in a hospital environment
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care outcomes
- Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage
- Western-trained candidates preferred
