- Prepare customized proposals for group life insurance, handling both new clients and policy renewals.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data sets to inform pricing decisions and monitor overall portfolio performance.
- Communicate detailed policy and pricing information to operations teams, ensuring accurate and timely policy issuance.
- Support the creation and refinement of pricing tools, templates, and dashboards to enhance decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with IT, Operations, and Underwriting teams on data-driven projects and initiatives.
- Prepare commercial and technical reports and presentations, distilling insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with brokers and distribution partners to address quotation requests and understand market needs.
- Coordinate with reinsurers, managing standard case submissions and approvals.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement, with a particular focus on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Analytical Thinker: Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a flair for identifying trends and patterns in data.
- Technically Proficient: Brings a solid grounding in MS Excel and is comfortable utilizing technology to enhance processes and drive commercial insights. Familiarity with PowerPoint and broader Office tools is appreciated.
- Aptitude for Numbers: Possesses robust numerical and analytical skills, drawing from academic experience in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, Insurance, Data Analytics, or related fields.
