We are seeking an Associate Director (COST) to help drive the business plan for 2026 and beyond. Our client are a boutique & agile Cost Consultancy.Group offers the right Associate Director the chance to make decisions and drive both profit & growth into new regions & sectors alike.You will hands on drive the business managing key accounts, business development, commercial assignments and a cost team.Working alongside the SLT you will have responsibility for P&L, strategy and the direction of this group in the UAE.The Directors see this person being a qualified Quantity Surveyor with 10 Years post graduate experience and 2-4 Years in the UAE market for consultancies or contactors.Do you have the soft skills to network and see opportunities that others donu0027t ?The Client
  • 9 Years success in the MENA region based from Abu Dhabi
  • Currently hold a head count of 26 Fee Earners
  • Record in the UAE & International Sectors handling Aviation, Commercial, Hospitality, Healthcare & Industrial
  • Range of services - Pre & Post Contract - Cost, Programming, Contract Advice , Claims & Tender Evaluation
  • Group operated for 70 Years and delivered services in 72 Countries
  • Hold 2,000 Employees across the Globe

  • Qualified Quantity Surveyor
  • 10 Years experience within the Industry

  • Strong communicator - great client facing skills
  • Able to lead, mentor and upskill and team
  • Capable and assured to hold meaningful conversations with clients to understand their needs and stresses in relation to investments, projects and solutions
  • This person must embody teamwork and collaboration
  • Would you describe yourself as focused, organized and a self-starter
