- Perform advanced life-support procedures including mechanical ventilation, ECMO, and invasive hemodynamic monitoring
- Lead daily multidisciplinary rounds and coordinate individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with pediatricians, surgeons, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Monitor patient progress, adjust therapies, and manage complex clinical scenarios
- Mentor and supervise junior physicians, fellows, and critical care nursing staff
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to international PICU standards
- Participate in clinical research, audits, and continuous improvement projects
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with patient safety and governance standards
- Medical degree MD or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Board certification in Pediatric Intensive Care or Pediatric Critical Care Medicine
- Western training from USA, UK, Canada, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 5 years post-board experience in a consultant-level PICU role
- Proven expertise in advanced pediatric critical care techniques
- Strong leadership, communication, and family-centered care skills
- Eligibility for Dubai Health Authority Consultant licensure
