Lawyer – Developer

• Draft and review contracts to ensure clarity, accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define Contract terms, conditions and obligations.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with contractual agreements.
• Prepare Power of Attorney documents in accordance with legal requirements and project specifications.
• Liaise with the client’s office to coordinate and finalise PoA execution.
• Ensure PoA documents align with project goals and comply with relevant frame work.
• Project related issues, including contract interpretation, risk management and compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams to address legal challenges and ensure adherence to legal standards.
• Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact project operations.
• Effectively communicate legal requirements, risks and compliance expectations.
• Project teams to facilitate understanding of legal considerations in project planning and execution.
• Foster clear and open communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s in Law.
• Must have at least 10 year’s experience and at least 3 years working in the Middle East for a PMC/Construction business.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
• Strong legal background, litigation skills and the ability to navigate complex contractual and legal matters.
