Job DescriptionFor a well-established company based in Sharjah, we are seeking a GM for Strategy. The ideal person for this role would have experience as a consultant or manager who has gone through a transition/transformation with a large company, like a family group.Responsibilities:

Own and drive revenue growth, market expansion and commercial performance in line with a 3 year strategy

Requirements:

12-15 years in a commercial leadership role in trading and or distribution
Multi-country exposure
Strong P&L ownership background
Experience in scaling commercial teams
Be a data driven decision maker
Have the ability to operate at strategic and execution levels
