Fleet Operations Supervisor - DP World - Dubai, UAE

• Support daily fleet operations planning to meet workforce deployment and transportation requirements
• Coordinate vehicle allocation and assist in route planning to ensure timely staff movement across operational sites
• Implement transport models aligned with shift patterns, peak demand and operational changes
• Oversee day-to-day staff transport activities to ensure service reliability and schedule adherence
• Monitor 24-7 shift-based transport services to guarantee continuous operational coverage
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, vehicle inspections and repair schedules to maintain fleet availability and compliance
• Manage vehicle administration including registrations, renewals, insurance and accident reporting
• Support fleet budgeting by monitoring fuel usage, leasing costs and driver expenses while identifying cost efficiencies
• Supervise drivers and transport support staff to ensure adherence to safety standards and operational guidelines
• Track fleet KPIs including vehicle availability, punctuality, safety metrics and service quality
• Utilize fleet management systems and GPS tracking tools for monitoring, reporting and operational optimization
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth service delivery

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation or related discipline
• Experience in fleet management or transport coordination within Dubai, UAE
• Knowledge of UAE transport regulations and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with telematics systems and GPS fleet tracking tools
• Strong supervisory and coordination skills
