Role OverviewHealthHub Clinics by Al-Futtaim Health is seeking a confident and commercially driven Patient Sales Co‑ordinator to support patient growth, engagement, and revenue generation at clinic level.This is a patient-facing, relationship‑led sales role, based within one of our clinics, focused on building long-term, profitable relationships with patients through face‑to‑face engagement, outbound sales activity, and community and corporate event participation.The role works closely with the Customer Relationship Lead, clinic teams, and central sales and marketing functions to convert enquiries into appointments, promote HealthHub services, and enhance patient lifetime value.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Engagement & Sales
  • Engage with patients face to face within the clinic to understand needs and recommend appropriate HealthHub services
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships to encourage repeat visits and long-term patient loyalty
  • Proactively promote clinic services, health packages, and programmes
  • Confidently conduct outbound sales and follow‑up calls to convert leads and re-engage existing patients
Clinic-Based Sales Support
  • Act as the on-site sales and relationship representative within the clinic
  • Support appointment conversion and follow-up of walk‑in and referred patients
  • Capture and update patient interactions accurately within the CRM system
  • Work closely with clinic teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
Corporate & Community Engagement
  • Attend corporate events, activations, and community outreach initiatives to promote HealthHub Clinics
  • Represent the brand in a professional, polished, and engaging manner
  • Support lead generation and follow‑up from events and external engagements
