- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury five-star hotels and fine dining restaurants.
- Strong background managing multi-outlet kitchens with diverse cuisines.
- Completed formal culinary education from a recognized institution.
- Expertise in advanced cooking techniques and international culinary trends.
- Proven leadership skills in mentoring and managing diverse kitchen teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on quality and creativity.
