- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate persons
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings as required
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a similar role is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional office administration training is a plus)
- English language is a must, additoinal languages is a plus
