Today, we're driving the energy transition with more than 30,000 of the brightest minds across 54 countries.Here, what you do matters.Job Overview:The vacant position requires a candidate to take ownership of the HSES Management Systems and support project / operations to deliver HSES goals. The role requires an individual that can drive a common and consistent risk based HSES culture, act with a considerable degree of autonomy, whilst maintaining a good relationship with stakeholders. Candidates are expected to have at least ten years' HSES experience in energy industry.Responsibilities:Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Primary responsibility will be to provide HSES support to the commercial department preparing and managing HSES requirements/deliverables for bid proposals as a result of invitations to tender (ITT)
Liaise with multiple functions to obtain technical HSES input for ITT's.
Conduct gap analysis between client specifications and identify cost and gap impacts.
Attend ITT clarification and project execution plan meetings and communicate and qualify project HSES risks.
Planning and execution of the internal and external HSES Audits and compliance assurance programs
Complete subcontractor / vendor HSES pre-qualification and bid evaluation process
Prepare and maintain action tracking registry including review of supporting evidence
Prepare HSES budget and ensure compliance
Initiate training needs and analysis and provide support and guidance in the development and delivery of HSES training material.
Engage in professional development to lead HSES changes in technology and systems. Supervise HSES personnel to support their professional development through competency assurance programs
Lead Incident Investigations and Root Cause Analysis
Proactive client interface
Business travel as necessary to support project / operations requirements

Qualifications:Essential Qualifications and Education:

Any Industry recognized or related Degree or Diploma, or Professional Certification equivalent.
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
Trained and experienced ISO standards lead auditor (9001, 14001 and 45001)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) and other relevant online applications
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent report writing skills.
Membership of professional body such as Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA), International Institute of Risk & Safety Management (IIRSM)

Preferred Qualifications and Education:

Second language advantageous
Formal investigation training (Taproot etc.)
International exposure in similar industry
Have a relevant experience in emergency response and crisis management.
